Have you removed the headlamp assembly or are you doing this with it still in the car?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

I did not remove the headlamp, I tried it but I was not able

It should just twist and come out but I assume with it in the vehicle you are not able to get enough grip on it maybe to turn it?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.

You might be correct. Would it make any sence removing the whole headlamp? I removed two srews on the tope but it looks like that it is connected to the body somewhere at the bottom as well. Is there any way to take it out without taking the body apert?

Do I have any other option? Replacing bulb should be not so difficul but it looks like a major atraction with the Focus.

Do you have enough room to get a pair of pliers on the socket maybe?
Did the pics I send come thru?

1.Remove the pin-type retainers and the upper radiator air deflector

2.Remove the screws and the radiator grille

3.Remove radiator lower air deflector.

  1. Remove the 8 bolts.
  2. Remove the pin-type retainers.

4.Remove the lower headlamp assembly bolt

5.Remove the headlamp assembly

Now I will send the other pics next. these will be for steps 2 thru 5
