I just want to pull old rotor off and put new one on . I'm not sure seems to be

Ok, you need to spray it with some wd-40, if you don't have any don't worry, between the wheel studs you need to hit the rotor with a hammer, this will break up the ridge of rust that is keeping the rotor on, you have to hit it really hard, but take care not to hit the wheel studs, it will loosen up, but with thw wd-40, it will help to dissolve the rust and speed up the process.
