There is no specific air bleeds to be open, the system is supposed to send entrapped air back to the resouvoir tank. Run the vehicle with the heater on full blast and run the engine rpms up until you get good heat flow, run it with the cap off but watch you dont make a mess with the coolant level bubbling over. Once you have full heat you should have all air removed from the system.usually takes a few minutes, just watch your temp gauge, the cooling fans should come on usually when the thermostat opens and full circulation occurs in the system.
