Customer: replied 8 years ago.

ho do you bleed the master and slave cylinder on f 150

I need to know what year f150 you have?

Customer: replied 8 years ago.
the ford is a1987 f 150 4x4 regular cab the clutch does not slip but i cant get into any gear unless i shut the engine off so I was thinking that the master cylinder fro the clutch was finished or the slave cylinder
Is the fluid resivoir empty?
Customer: replied 8 years ago.
no its full to the top
To bleed a hydralic clutch pump the pedal 10 times fast and hold pressure on the pedal while some one loosens the bled screw on the slave cylinder. Repeat two or three times and you should have a good pedal. From the sounds of the concern it sounds like you will be needing a new slave cylinder.DO NOT let the resivoir run dry or you will get a air pocket.
