2002 ford focus: firing..injectors..I check fuel pressure or regulator

Resolved Question:

My 2002 ford focus just quit. It has gas, all plugs firing, injectors firing, can hear fuel pump in tank, battery charged, new plugs, checked shut off switch, will not start. How do I check fuel pressure or regulator when not running. Is there a way to check timing? Help

Depending on the mileage it may be your timing belt has jumped a tooth and causing the no start. There is a fuel schradier on the fuel rail to check fuel pressure, should be 30 psi and hold when the key is turned to on. If you hear the fuel pump I would suspect it is working. You would have to disassemble the front timing cover and check the timing belt alignment.
