Factory Alarm will DisArm by 1 of the following:
Unlock with Remote
Unlock Driver or Passenger Door with Key
Unlock Liftgate with Key

Disconnect Positive Battery Cable
Open Driver Door & Leave Open
Turn Ignition Switch to the ON (run) position & Leave On
Reconnect Positive Battery Cable
Alarm may sound for a few seconds
Start vehicle.

If the "THEFT" Light is flashing, then the PATS is not recognizing the Key.
Try a different "coded" Key
If you only have 1 Key, then the PATS Unit will need to be checked via Dealer Scan Tool & Key will have to be reprogrammed.
NOTE: Be sure to have Key programmed as "Master Key"
