My 2004 F-150 has a po191 fuel rail code. What do I need to change to repair this issue

There are several possibilities here and lengthy tests to perform. I would recommend taking to your trusted repair facility. In most cases, the Fuel Rail Pressure sensor is bad. If your truck seems to run okay and starts okay, I would change the sensor and clear the codes.
