1993 Ford Taurus Station wagon GL
3.8L engine and I want to replace the transmission module because everytime I press the brakes the transmission disingages and does not go into gear when pushing the gas pedal after stopped comletly


You may have a bad torque converter. From what you have described sounds like the converter is going bad. The vehicle has a PCM (powertrain control module) but no TCM.graphic
