Hi, Welcome to Just Answer!

In the diagram below, number 1 points directly at the blower motor. Pop the hood and look to you left. There it is. Unplug the electrical connector, remove the retaining screws, remove the little vent hose. and pull. SHould almost fall out. It may be beneficial to you to already have the new blower motor before you start for visual aid. I recommend purchasing the new blower motor with the fan already installed.

what is the black case under the right side of dashboard dose it have to do with fan

It is where the flapper valves and heater core are, This would be #3 on the diagram.
