2001 Ford Escape: My brake light on the dash and ABS light are both on

Resolved Question:

I have a 2001 Ford Escape. My brake light on the dash and ABS light are both on. The error code is B1676 on the computer. I have tried to disconnect the battery, and clean the main ground and still the light remains on. Any assistance would be great, Thanks
