Does this happen at slow speeds or at high speeds.

Does it occur while turning the steering wheel or while the wheels are turned full then start moving.

Try this verify the concern is present come to a stop and turn the wheels full left and then accelerate also do this for full right do you notice a moaning grabbing feeling and noise.

Reply to Chris (Moose)'s Post: it only happens when im at a stop and start going with the steering wheel turned either way until i straighten out then it goes away, it sounds like the tires are dragging and the ford dealership said they couldnt find anything but its there and it wasent beofore,

Your last description sums it up. The problem is the limited slip clutches in the rear axle are grabbing to much. You will only notice this while turning and mostly at speeds under 15mph. To repair this the rear axle assembly will have to be removed and the clutches replaced.
