This indicates that the airbag warning lamp has a problem.
Normally the airbag light would remain lit for 5 seconds after starting vehicle<prove out> and then go out and not come back on unless a problem is detected.
The chime warning is to let you know there is a problemand the light does not work. It is possible that the airbag indicator lamp bulb burned out is all thats wrong, however i suggest carry to dealer for proper repair unless you want to remove cluster, replace bulb and then repost with a LFC <lamp flash code> for further diag.
Please fix though as your life may depend on it.
