Usually rapid clicking is a low battery condition. Since we know the battery is fine, then I suggest looking at the positive battery cable. It could be corroded and causing low power to the starter. Check the whole length of it and look for swelling on the cable. This means there is corrosion under the insulation and that will prevent the power from getting to the starter. This isn't actually that uncommon on these.

Also, look and make sure the negative is in good shape and clean where it bolts to the engine. This is where the starter gets it's ground, cable end needs to be clean and tight.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.

Is it actually the starter making the rapid clicking noise?
