Hello, I am Randall. hard to answer not hearing it but. off the cuff? I will say this type of noise and when it happens is not that uncommon. What happens is oil is pumped to top of engine where the valves are. As it sits, oil then slowly drains back to the oil pan through holes in the head. From the sound of it? I am only guessing here but, sounds like oil changes may not have been as scheduled and or cheap oil. At this stage ? it low miles but that concerns me. I feel like some wear occured in the top end due to lack of on time oil changes, wrong oil, cheap oil etc. This is a good engine, A strong engine but many engines will have a startup tap noise till oil pumped back to top of engine. I would expect a more noticed noise if more miles on it but not at 76K. If at a dealer or shop? ave them change the oil with good oil and see if noise goes away, If private seller? this noise is a red flag and in my honest opinion after doing this 35 years? I would pass. Sure, you may buy it, change oil and put in good additive like lucas and 2 weeks noise may go away. Lastly. this is not uncommon of a noise if car has been sitting a long time then? really nothing to worry about BUT, I would want more drive time on it, oil change and then see if noises go away. if they do not? I suggest not to buy it.Hope this all makes sense
