Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today. When you turn the key over does the key stop turn partway, or does it travel the whole distance yet the car fails to start?

Sounds to me the like ignition switch is failing. The actuator is becoming weak. The lock cylinder may also be faulty. The could also be a short or bad connection somewhere.
