Deck lid pull down is not working 2011 town car
JA: Are you fixing your Town Car yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Check the fuses use number 116 is not in fuse holde
JA: Most vehicles have two fuse panels. Have you located both?
Customer: Yes one under the steering wheel and one near the battery under the hood
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Is number 108 was goodis number 116 was not in the module but the deck lid did work fuse 8; 19 were checked and we're both good

Normally the pull down motor fails or the sensors used by the pull down motor are bad and preventing it form working.

Do you own a volt ohm meter so we can do some testing on this circuit?
