my rear shocks are fully inflated and won't go down
JA: What is the model/year of your Lincoln?
Customer: 2003
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, try to drain compressor
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: could it be both rear solenoids and can you drain or vent the compressor

You can pull to tubes off the shocks or compressor to drain them. The problem is the compressor, it has an exhaust valve that is stuck, I have seen this before. You will need to replace the compressor and this will correct your problem.
