Customer Question

I have a 2012 Lincoln MKX. We had a terrible storm this am and my windows were
cracked less than an inch; however my seats and dash got wet. Now my hazard
warning flashers will not go off. We tried taking the fuse out but then everything
on the dash goes off. My dealership is 60 mi. away, do you have any suggestions??

Hello, Eddie here and I will do my best to help. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes, Just the negative cable, then reinstall the negative cable, and put the key in the door and lock and unlock the drivers door a few times. let me know if that helps. thanks.

Sounds good.

Any luck with that?

No, that did not work. Had several people look at it. Could not figure out anything. Took it to LINCOLN service the next day. They said water got in center computer module--nothing they could do except replace the whole thing--Not Good!!!

Sorry to hear that. I was hoping it wouldnt be anything major. Best of luck with it.
