Customer Question

My wife has a 2010 MKS with 55K miles. The car has the 3.7l dual turbo engine in it. We replaced one turbocharger last week and the other one is making all kinds of moaning noises and the dealer is telling me it needs to be replaced as well. At 55K miles, this seems really early for the turbochargers to go out? Is this a common problem on this car? Are you aware of this issue and is their a recall on it?
Thanks, Richard
