Front SpeakersLeft Front (+) = Orange/Light Green Left Front (-) = Light Blue/White Right Front (+) = White/Light Green Right Front (-) = Dark Green/Orange Rear SpeakersLeft Rear (+) = Gray/Light Blue Left Rear (-) = Tan/Yellow Right Rear (+) = Orange/Red Right Rear (-) = Brown/Pink

I'm sorry..apparently you are not aware that Lincoln installed apprx 4 "different" model radios in the 1999 Lincoln Town Car Executive Series
Alpine was the main unit.......was there a Model Number on the Factory Radio?
Is that is a picture of your Car & Factory Radio?If that is the Factory Radio you are replacing, remove the radio & post the Model & Part Number off of it
