Usually this is caused by a stuck dual coolant control valve. This is the component that controls the flow of hot coolant entering the heater core. There is also an electric aux heater pump which can be bad. The pump sits above the valve in the passenger side front of the engine on the fan. Another possibility is a plugged heater core. Your vehicle does not use any temperature blend door actuators as the air mix is all done through this valve.
