Customer Question

Customer: ***** *****, Have a Lincoln LS 2003 (140,000 miles), I wanted to know if there are any recalls on the Throttle Body ( Electronic Throttle Actuator). The car keeps going into limp home mode, and through a 2104 code along with a few others.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: Well it has been doing this off and on for about three weeks. You can pull the car over and restart it, and it works fine for a few days or sometimes more.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — JustAnswer charges a fee (generally around $18) to post your type of question to Lincoln Experts (you only pay if satisfied). There are a couple customers ahead of you. Are you willing to wait a bit?
Customer: Will they give me the recall, I know there has been one. Yes
JA: OK. Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
