Hello, my name is***** usually means the blower motor itself has failed. Disconnect blower motor and with switch on high the dark blue wire should have power and black/tan wire should have ground. If both are good replace the blower motor, here are replacement instructions. If you are missing power at blower motor then replace the blower motor relay under hood. Let me know if you have more questions or if there is anything else I can do to help. Thanks.

  1. Remove glove box. Refer to Body
  2. Remove blower motor cover Blower Motor Cover
  3. Disconnect blower motor wiring.
  4. Remove grommet for wiring Wiring Grommet Feed wiring through blower housing Feeding Wiring Through Housing
  5. Remove mounting screws for blower motor Blower Motor Screws
  6. Allow the blower assembly to drop down, and remove assembly from vehicle.
