IF these Fuses have Voltage + on "both sides" of fuse with Key ON, then use of Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Test the Trunk Module, or there is something stuck in the Trunk Latch, which a body shop may need to release the mechanism
Fuses are located in the Inside Fuse Panel & the Under Hood Fuse Panel
Inside Fuse Panel = Fuses Fuse 8 & 19
Under Hood Fuse Panel = Fuses 108 & 116

None of the options worked. I read somewhere that it might be the driver door module might be defective what do you think

The trunk open and closes properly but only with the key the trunk release button on the door or on the keypad wont open the trunk also the pull down suction on the trunk does not work but the trunk closes all the way I also get an indication on the dash saying the trunk is open with a red lights

Door Module does NOT affect the Trunk
You need use of Dealer Scan Tool prior to replacing parts & for "Programming"
