If you place you hand on the AC accumulator with the compressor running is it getting nice and cold?

No where line splits one to accumulate is not other is cold ,, so where is flog accumulated orifice evaporater ???

The orifice tube (expansion valve/tube ) is locate in the high pressure line , the rear unit uses an expansion valve so you are likely dealing with a bad orifice, see its location in the link below, copy and paste the link to your browser to open and view it.
