How can I tell if the electrical connector or the Speed

Customer Question

how can I tell if the electrical connector or the Speed control deactivator switch is the problem

Hello, my name is***** and thanks for your question.

If this is for a speed control issue usually you can disconnect the switch and install a jumper in the harness side connector. If the switch is bad, the speed control should start working with the jumper installed. If the speed control still does not work then the switch is not the issue.
