This type of failure requires a technician with high levels of skill and the use of a scanner during the diagnosis procedure, you see, engine temperature must be at operating temperature first, the the signal from the coolant temperature sensor tells the computer which relay to energize for proper operation of the cooling fans. Take the vehicle to a repair facility of your choice for a proper diagnosis, a technician will be able to decipher the readings on the scanner, simply reading codes will not be sufficient.
