Sorry your post got buried in the list for some reason. If you remove the starter relay, and try to start the vehicle, are there 2 power pins to the starter relay?

At the removed starter relay, are there 2 pins that have power when trying to start? If you turn the key on and jump a paper clip from pin 30-87, does it then crank and start?
