First get any trouble codes from the ABS module before replacing any parts. Get the trouble codes and post them on is page.

Codes are p 100 and c1096
Expert:  A. Penland replied 2 years ago.
C1096 ABS Hydraulic Pump Motor Circuit Open
But the P 100 is not a Ford trouble code. Can you double check that code.

P1000 is from the PCM (Engine Computer) and this code comes up after any trouble codes have been cleared or erased and the PCM has not cycled through all the monitor test for emissions. So the P1000 can be ignored.
But the C1096 code needs to be addressed for the ABS and Traction Control lights coming on.
Most of the time it is caused by a faulty ABS module. First clear the code and road test the vehicle. If the code returns, replace the ABS module.
