Thank you for using Just Answer.I will do my best to answer your question.First check your battery voltage.Low battery voltage could cause this.If the battery is good then the Brake Shift Module is the only thing that can be causing this.There is not much info on it, but it appears that its located under the shifter. You probably need to remove the trim at least around the shifter and see what it looks like under there. From the wiring diagrams it looks like the Brake Shift Module is part of the lights that are flashing, so it may be the whole shifter assembly that is needed.
