Welcome to Justanswer, my name is XXXXX XXXXX I will try to assist you.

The anti theft light flashes when the PATs system is active and its not reading the key your using. In most cases this problem is caused by a bad transceiver and it will need to be diagnosed and if bad replaced. I would start with trying the second key and see if it read it, if it dosnt then you are going to need have dealer do the diagnoses to correct this problem. If the transceiver is bad the system will need to be reprogrammed to read the new keys.
