Can you keep it running by stepping on the gas slightly?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
yes
Expert:  A. Penland replied 6 years ago.

It sounds like you IAC (Idle Air Control) valve is bad. This valve allows your engine to idle when your foot is off the gas pedal. It allows air to enter the engine to keep it running. Try cleaning out the IAC and see if your problem stops. If not, replace the IAC. It is located on top of your engine under the engine cover.

could it have anything to do with bad sparkplugs
Expert:  A. Penland replied 6 years ago.
No, bad spark plugs will cause a miss fire or runs rough condition, not a stall.

so you dont think it has nothing to do with my fuel pump

Expert:  A. Penland replied 6 years ago.
I would not look at the fuel pump for this problem. The fuel pump will cause a lack of power while driving and a no start problem. Not a stall when turning or coming to a stop.
