VerifiedHi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to help.
1. remove safety key
2. press and hold the SPEED up(plus sign) and STOP keys at the same time
3. Replace safety key and then release the keys
4. press STOP once
5. hit the INCLINE up(plus) arrow and let the incline go the whole way up and down without touching anything.
6. remove safety key, reinsert, and retry using it.
