We have purchased a Weslo Cadence G 5.9 treadmill and it will not work. How do we get the treadmill to work? We do not want the ifit option.

All we want is for the machine to turn on and allow us to walk on it. We do not understand why this is so difficult.

Make sure machine is powered on and safety key in place

The customer service has been very poor. I have spent hours trying to get this machine to work. In addition, I had to give a credit card number for what? Only to be given the solution to my problem in one sentence. This could have been done without a credit card. No one would answer my phone call. Abominable service! Then, I have to pay to have an expert to give the instructions for operation that should have been clearly given in the pamphlet that came with the machine. And on top of this, to call and speak with an expert, I would have to pay 26.00. This is not very good business for return customers.
