VerifiedHi, if you used wd40 your ruined the belt and deck. You will need to replace both. You can order from fitnessrepairparts.com or treadmilldoctor.com.
Depending how much you spent on the machine it may be more cost effective to replace it.. proform are very low end treadmills.
