VerifiedHi, the best thing to do is pull the plastic covers off so you can see what's going on inside. Once covers are off look around for any obvious areas that are going bad. Rust, or metallic looking dust. Next have someone pedal so you can watch and try to pinpoint the location of the noise. If you still cant figure it out, wiggle each connection joint then compare with opposite side. If one side has more play that the other that's usually your culprit.Fitnessrepairparts.com or treadmilldoctor.com or octane fitness.com for parts.
