VerifiedOpen the motor hood and look inside. It sounds like your drive belt broke or just came off. You may be able to just put it back on. If you need a belt go to www fitnessrepairparts.com
If the motor runs and the belt is attached it would have to move unless the pulley had broken free from the front roller shaft.
