VerifiedSounds like the deck is bad. Causing too much amp draw on motor. I would replace the deck and walking belt. You can get parts from www.fitnessrepairparts.comYou need to lubricate the deck with 1/2 ounce of silicone/treadmill lube every 40 hours of use.

Now im confused. The motor cover shows xp680 cross trainer. Under deck shows 560
