VerifiedThe original gx 4.7 had a small gear that would go bad and NordicTrack changed the design to a fixed gear. You will need to use a bicycle crank puller to remove the crank arms. Hopefully the belt just needs tightened but I wanted you to be aware of the other scenario. Parts are available from www.fitnessrepairparts.com
