My Nordic track 1750C won't increase speeds

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand/model of your equipment?

The fan won't work either

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your equipment? What have you tried so far?

Just today....I unplugged it and rebooted it and it didn't change anything That's all I've done

Unplug and reattach all connections on the console, including any ribbon cables(flat plastic). If that does not work replace the console.
