We have a R70 bike and the screen reads: Class C Error - 04A0 - what does that mean?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your equipment? What have you tried so far?

Don't know and haven't tried anything - it belongs to my parents

It can pedal and it had some sort of incline message but it quickly goes to the error message and then you can't do anything more.

The error means there is a communication error between the console and the mother board.
