Treadmill turns on and starts showing the machine is in use and program running however belt doesn't run even though display is logging distance

Happened suddenly, done several on off resets and checked tightness/movement ease of belt

it just started. I had an issue where the belt flipped over on itself and in doing so the circuit breaker blew. When I got the belt back in proper order, and trend the treadmill on, the motor goes on for one second and then off.
