Hi when you press start, does the belt move at all? Even just an inch or 2?

No. Not at all.

If it does, then you need a new Motor control board. If it doesn't move at all, try to move the belt with your foot

It's actually an E1 error. The belt doesn't move. It will move freely with my help.

You just need a screwdriver to replace it. Take the Motor cover off, unplug all the wires from the board, swap out the board and plug everything back in and pop the cover back on. Takes less than 15 min for most people.
