hello, im trying to reset the incline on my healthrider R650 treadmill, it is in the up position, im trying to get it to go flat.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the treadmill?

JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: ive gotten it from my parents, they havent used it in 6 months im guessing thats why.

Does the display show that it is trying to change the incline? Or not even that?
