I bought an elliptical...

I bought an elliptical cycle, the gx 4.7 model number 21914.3 and put it together and wheels would not turn forward. Called customer service. Girl told me it sounded like a magnetic problem and she would send part. I got eddy mechanism in mail no instructions so I event an email and somebody sent me a video for how to change a drive belt. So I tried to follow video but my plastic shields will not slide off the pedals like in the video because pedals and shield are different than in video. Pedal shafts is too big, hole is too small. I tried taking off the pedal shafts, but took out bolt shafts still connected. It looks like I could use a wrench on inside of shafts but there is no room to put a wrench in there because of the way shafts and axle meet. So what do I do.I'm not real thrilled with this do it yourself approach to customer service.

I'd you read my email I just sent. They sent me an eddy mechanism and Rhona video. Bike does not xcome apart like in the video
