Customer Question

ProForm CrossWalk 390 I dropped the treadmill platform while trying to put it down to run on. The belt doesn't always catch on the roller.
JA: What's the exact make and model of the treadmill?
Customer: ProForm CrossWalk 390 Model #831.24823.0
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just dropped the platform today. I took off the sides to get to the roller. Tightened the roller but then the belt doesn't stay centered and true to the roller and starts to go to one side vs in the middle
JA: Anything else you want the equipment expert to know before I connect you?

You most likely cracked the roller end caps. That's what hold the bolts. You can order a new one from fitnessrepairparts. Com or Treadmill doctor. Com
