Yesterday my Proform XP treadmill was making a "thumping"

Customer Question

Yesterday my Proform XP treadmill was making a "thumping" sound in a rythmic pattern.
Today it was not, but 15 mins into my walk the belt just quit. Sound like a fixable problem?

It could be one of a number of things... You will need to dismantle the front cowling and check the motor belt that connects the motor to the front roller... Alternatively it could be a roller bearing, try unplugging the unit from the wall and turn the walking belt by hand, if jammed then try turning the front roller then the rear to see which roller is jammed or if its the motor drive belt
