power turns on and off, no other buttons work as previously mentioned. There is a small tv screen and fan, those dont work as well

Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

If the only button that works on the console is the 'incline key of 6', then does the display show a change in the incline as ordered by that button?

And, does the incline change in the usual fashion, completely controllably from each end of its range to the other end of its range?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
display shows incline changed to 6 and it actually moves platform
after that incline to 0 button works and brings it back to normal
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
however incline of other gradient (1-5, 7-10) does not work at all
Expert:  Russell H. replied 9 months ago.

So 'raise incline' works properly, and shows the change, and 'lower incline' works, and the display shows the change.

But only the power button works otherwise.

I presume that the running belt does not work.

That sound like either a failure in the power supply, or a failure in control circuitry, possibly the motor controller board for the incline motor, or perhaps also a failure of the incline sensor but that's most likely secondary.

Let me know about the running belt, it controls, please.

running belt does not work. But theres more to it. Fan and TV screen buttons dont work either. That may not be related to running belt
Expert:  Russell H. replied 9 months ago.

Does the TV actually not come On?

The fan never works, I understand.

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
TV screen comes on, but off button or channel buttons dont work
Expert:  Russell H. replied 9 months ago.

So does the TV show anything? or just 'static'/fuzz?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
Expert:  Russell H. replied 9 months ago.

The lack of control button function in so many ways, plus the running belt not working, is unusual and hard to be sure of.

I would have to ask:

1. is this treadmill plugged into a surge protector or other power filtering device?

2. was there an electrical storm, thunderstorm, or similar weather even nearby, before it ceased to function properly?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
not plugged into surge protector.
no storm observed, but it happened after moving it across the rooms
