Geroge, does the resistance increase if you select a higher level, or is it stuck on a high level?

You will need to remove the cover and check the resistance cable to ensure that it is moving the magnet correctly if the resistance appears to be stuck.

Let me know your zip code if you need contact details for a repairer in your area.
