I have a NordicTrac E6.3. Model number 831.23946.1. The left pedal roller consistently 'falls' off its ramp. How can I fix that?

Hi Michael,

My name is***** will try my best to help you with your question today.

In most cases where the pedal roller keeps going off track, it is due to an alignment problem.

Try loosening the bolts on the pedal arm if this helps then you have a bent/misaligned pedal arm. This is where most of the problems occur.

There is another possibility as well, where the spinning disc mounts to is a metal crank arm that can bend. unhook the pedal arm from the disc and see if it spins true or not. if not then the crank arm will need replaced. In either case, it is an easy fix once you determine where the problem lies. This cause is more common if the machine is a few years old and has had some use.
